The living room and dining room are in one large space, adjacent to the kitchen, all convenient and modern, with a stunning view of the neighborhood rooftops and Eiffel Tower. The elevator is a large Otis modern elevator like the ones you find in North America, a rare find in Paris.

The apartment is new, very comfortable and spacious with modern amenities (Nespresso machine, IPod docking station, microwave, cable TV, free calls to US, WIFI, DVD players, large collection of DVD movies for kids and adults, hot water for tea...) For all private parties when the owner is present, guests can use the the private roof deck including an outdoor heater, BBQ and outdoor seating. Located halfway between Arc de Triumph and Trocadero, this luxury property is in the heart of the 16th shopping and museum district. The Trocadero which frames the Eiffel Tower is just down the street. Within walking distance are the Maratime Museum, Guimet Asian Arts Museum, Modern Art Museum, Palais de Tokyo, Fashion Museum, Napoleon Museum at the top of Arc de Triumph and many more. Lots of shopping on Ave Victor Hugo as well as nearby in Passy.
The big park, Bois de Bologne, is close as is a grocery store. Champs des Elysees is a 10 minute walk away.

"Rooftop Paris Retreat with the Best of Paris at your Doorstep" My husband and I stayed at apartment #26 in September 2010. It was our third trip to Paris in as many years and we were looking to experience a bit of real Paris. We were not disappointed. The apartment is even better in actuality with every amenity you could ever want, including a great selection of English books, a bath tub, and a Nespresso machine. The balcony offers heart stopping views over Paris and is the perfect place to start and finish your days. We were also warmed by our hosts who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and even booked us an early morning taxi to the airport. The location is also perfect and we recommend getting up early one morning to enjoy a sunrise on the steps of Trocadero. Excellent value for price. We are looking forward to our next trip and would not hesitate to book this property again.
