Everything is bright and new after the renovation. The ceilings reach high. Up 1 flight of stairs, no elevator. Private Outdoor Terrace is just below at the foot of the stairs.
The private bathroom is around the corner. Full kitchen includes coffeemaker, microwave, and toaster. With 3 windows onto the courtyard, there is plenty of light.
The apartment is accessed halfway down a private cobblestone courtyard with inset lighting. Just one flight of stairs takes you inside. Nearby owners take pride in the details, and previous guests report the apartment being larger than expected. There is a metro stop one block away, and Bastille circle is very close offering several for dining options.
Great Room : Furnished with attention to detail, you will find completely new furnishings. There are hardwood floors throughout.
